We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return. Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide a prepaid USPS label to ship back your glasses. Upon receipt of your original glasses at our Quality Control and Fulfillment Center, we will process your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
We are unable to process returns on glasses orders outside of 30-days past delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once you receive notification that your refund has been processed, it may take 5-8 business days to be reflected on your statement.
